Bailey Kendahl Barney, 24, of Jefferson pleaded not guilty Aug. 3 to a charge of operating while intoxicated. A trial was set for Oct. 31.
Cases were initiated in district court during the week ending Aug. 11 as follows: Kyle Dean Rysavy, 24, of Jefferson, domestic abuse assault impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury; and Nathan Ray Scott Pote, 32, of Des Moines, theft- first degree, operate vehicle withoug owners consent, and possession of marijuana- second offense.
